Returns
We love our product and hope that you will be delighted with it too, but if for any reason it wasn’t what you expected, please reach out to us at hello@the3doodler.com within 30 days from the day you received your item to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Upon approval, we will allocate a Returns Code, which must be included on the label of the package to process your return. We may also provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to us. You will also be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

Please note that product returns cannot be accepted in person at our office address.

Refund Timing

If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days once the item is returned. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven’t received it, please contact us at hello@the3doodler.com.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
